World of blindness
During the last few years pandemic has changed everything it has changed the way we live and our lifestyles along with that problems came forward due to the sudden changes. But one thing that we all are missing out is us losing our eyesight. People have been staying inside their home during these last three years of active covid 19 pandemic. More than 60 percent of the population of countries affected and i'm talking about billions and billions of people, who had to stay inside their home enclosed by walls so close that their eyes didn't even get its minimum space to focus and maintain a healthy system of vision.

Now some of you might thing that how is me watching netflix or scrolling through facebook or even studying is gonna make me go blind? Are you joking honestly? Honestly i'm not but you must know few things, let me explain.
How different age of people are being affected
Now the first thing we should know is that different type of problem will occur for different age of human beings.

Infant and teenagers
Firstly human from infant to teenagers are suffering the most due to the extremely insufficient space in respect to their eyesight.

Majority of them will be the victim of myopia, in other words short-sightedness. Some of you might say that short or nearsightedness is a common thing, right? Yes, it is true but now we are facing it more than ever. When our eyes are exposed to near light sources, the light rays comes as spread out manner and enters our eye to focus and create proper image on retina. Our lens are held in a curved position so that more light can bend. Due to prolonged exposure to light from closed sources, the muscle holding the lens of young peoples are unable to function properly and it cannot contract when it is needed to focus on distance object.

One can even say that the victim has lost half of his vision .
Not only seeing close things can cause myopia but studies have even showed that lack of sunlight ,exposure to sunlight can even cause this epidemic. As home quarantine basically means staying under the roof all the time so yeah it's equally devastating .

Adults and older people
Now for adults and older people the same thing can happen but the possibility is very low. For them we have another problem at hand and that is adults are at their peak working time which means that they are consistently working in front of their laptops mobile phones or screens. These screens are known to be very high emitter of blue light and we probably all know that blue light is very harmful because it can cause temporary side effects such as eye strain, headaches, etc. Bear in mind that the blue light can even cause permanent damage to our eyes by burning the photo-receptors in the retina.

Solution and advises
we can go outside spend good amount of time outside under sunlight and seei distance object. Other than that what I would personally recommend is changing few things so that we can improve our life. That is changing the way you input your knowledge, your information, your media . This can be done by changing how you consume your information and that is by using your ears instead of eyes all the time. So that the burden doesn't only goes to your eyes. You can always listen to podcasts relating your important topics that you want to know or your topic of concern. So yeah, that would be my suggestion and always take break. Don't spend too much time in front of screens, digital things so that your eyes can stay healthy.
